Please feel free to contact your child's school nurse for further information.
Helpful Tips:
If your child has a fever of 100° or higher or vomits, he/she may not return until they are fever/vomit free for one full school day without medication.
If your child has a contagious disease, a note from the doctor stating they are no longer contagious must be delivered to the nurse before your child can return to school.
